EGRIPMENT SUPPORT SYSTEMS UNVEILS PART OF THEIR ONGONG R&D FOR AUTOMATED PRODUCTION MODULES WITHIN THEIR REMOTE PRODUCTS LINE

Egripment Support Systems, manufacturer of high-end camera support systems and remote broadcast solutions for the film and broadcast industries, is introducing a new human tracker for their digital line of Remote Systems.  

CALIBER
The Egripment Digital Line of Remote Heads just added a new feature making it possible to track moving subjects, such as a talent or sports player and send the position data to the Remote System allowing it to follow it automatically.
 
The real-time data provided by Trackmen ensures that the camera can follow its subjects accurately. Egripment’s Camera Based Tracking System constantly tracks the subject without necessity of calibrating the camera in the real world.
 
As the system is image based, analyzing and processing the image data within a powerful workstation, the complexity of the system and processing time is less due to the unnecessary camera unit conversions and calibrations. The vision subsystem identifies and locates the subject by means of image processing techniques and motion control algorithms direct the camera towards the subject.
 
The objective of the vision control is to make sure that the moving subject is always framed to perfection, like it is being operated by a professional camera operator. The system imitates eye tracking ability of a human when he always tends to focus on the moving subject within the range of its view before any action is taken.
 
EGRIPMENT SUPPORT SYSTEMS UNVEILS THEIR ARC COMPMESATION FOR ITS CARBON FIBER TELESCOPING CRANE, “THE EGRIPMENT XTREME T10.”
 
Egripment Support Systems, manufacturer of high-end camera support systems and remote broadcast solutions for the film and broadcast industries, is introducing its new ARC Compensation hardware and software tool on their latest XTREME T10 Telescoping Crane. 
 
ARCUS
This new feature gives the operator a tool to automate the arm movement. There are three ways to define an automatic telescope movement, related to pan and tilt positions. The ARC Compensation adds functionality for automated moves including vertical straight lines, horizontal plane and pan compensation. This software module gives you the precision to make perfect vertical straight lines, Horizontal plane or divine a square, all by the activation of just one button.
Rather than first building a crane, then deciding how to make it work for this fast-growing segment of the Broadcast and Film Industry, we engineered the Xtreme T10 directly to be ready for the future.
Egripment strives to be at the very forefront of the industry by not only being innovative using the latest materials such as carbon fiber, but also developing new software tools making it possible to use Egripment products for AR / VR utilization and Automation.
