Please be prepared to provide a specific explanation of the problem so that the Egripment Representative can handle your inquiry efficiently. You might want to write brief notes on some of the symptoms or print error messages related to the problem. At a minimum, the Support Representative will need to know the following.
Your company details
Operating system (product) that you are using
Serial number of the product
Specific nature of the problem
Steps that create the problem
Full error message and when it occurs
Means of contacting Support
